Shri N. R. Patil, learned Assistant Government Pleader appears for newly added respondent No.6-Education Officer, (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Akola.

On 24/11/2024, the Headmaster of the Zilla Parishad Urdu High School, Akola has recommended the correction in the name of the petitioner in Secondary School Board Certificate. It is claimed that the same is not decided till this date by the Education Officer, Secondary. 4.

Shri N. R. Patil, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that if so directed, the claim of the petitioner can be decided. 5.

That being so, we permit the petitioner to appear before the said Authority on 28/07/2025 which shall deal with the request of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously. 6.
