DATED : 15-07-2025 Applicant/respondent No. 1 filed this application to direct the Registrar (J) to transfer the entire compensation amount deposited by the appellant, along with accrued interest thereon, to the learned Chairman of the M.A.C.T., Gondia, for which the learned Advocate for the appellant has no objection. 2.

It seems that the appeal filed by the appellants was dismissed on 14-12-2006.

In view of the same and considering the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the said amount along with accrued interest thereon within four weeks to the learned Chairman, M.A.C.T., Gondia.
