The challenge raised in this writ petition is to the notice issued by the respondent No.3-Society to the petitioner to submit the validity certificate since the petitioner was appointed on a post reserved for Scheduled Tribe candidate. 2.

While issuing notice in this writ petition, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent No.1 was directed to obtain instructions as to when the petitioner's tribe claim will be verified. 3.

The learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the claim of the petitioner has been rejected on 22-2-2023 by the Scrutiny Committee and his tribe certificate has been invalidated. 4.

In view of aforesaid, it will be necessary for the petitioner to challenge the order of the Scrutiny Committee. Since the petitioner is in employment since 30-9-1997, it is directed that for a period of four weeks from today no adverse action be taken against the petitioner on account of invalidation of his tribe claim.
