Shri Purohit, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that recently, the fact of demise of respondent no. 2 came to his knowledge as death of respondent no. 2 is not known to the petitioner. The application is filed referring to the fact of death of respondent no. 2 and seeking permission to bring on record legal heirs of respondent no. 2.

Shri Haque, learned counsel for respondents admits the fact of death of respondent no. 2. In view of the above, the application is allowed. Office objections are waived. The matter to proceed.

The counsel for the petitioner prays a week's time to carry out the amendment. Time as prayed for is granted.
