The applicant/respondent No. 1 has filed this application to permit him to withdraw the compensation amount deposited in this Court as the appeal filed by the appellant is withdrawn by order dated 12.03.2021. In response, the learned counsel for the appellant has no objection to the withdrawal of the amount.

In view of the above, in my view, the applicant is entitled to withdraw the compensation amount. Accordingly, the application is allowed.

The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the compensation amount lying in this Court to the Chairman, MACT Gondia for disbursement. Upon receipt of the amount, the Chairman of MACT Gondia is directed to transfer it to the applicant's bank account, as per the Tribunal's award, within four weeks upon his furnishing the bank account details.
