Learned counsel appearing for the applicant/appellant prays for permission to serve proposed legal heirs of respondent No.8 by means of substituted service under Order V Rule 20 of the Civil Procedure Code on the ground that by ordinary norms of service the applicant/appellant could not serve them. Hence, service by paper publication is prayed for.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the permission is granted.

The applicant/appellant is permitted to serve proposed legal heirs of respondent No.8 by means of substituted service by paper publication of the notice in the Newspaper of ordinary circulation in the area where the proposed legal heirs resided last.
