DATE : 08.03.2017 After hearing the learned Counsel for the parties at length, the writ petition was admitted by the order dated 3.3.2016 and the amount that was admittedly payable to the petitioner, i.e., a sum of Rs.9,67,196/- that was deposited by the respondents in this Court, was permitted to be withdrawn by the petitioner. Within one year from the date of admission of the petition the application is filed for a direction to pay the undisputed amount. The undisputed amount is already paid by the respondents to the petitioner and the same is withdrawn in view of the order dated 3.3.2016.

0803caw177.17.odt In view of the aforesaid, the prayer made in the application cannot be granted, specially when by making the prayers in the application, the petitioner is seeking the substantive relief, that is, sought in the petition, that is, admitted.
