In view of affidavit-in-reply filed by respondent-Education Officer stating therein that earlier order passed is not in accordance with the law, the purpose of the petitioner stands served. Writ petition is disposed of as such.

Needless to state that in view of the specific stand taken by the Education officer, the earlier order thereby constituting the School Committee shall stand quashed and set aside.
