Heard learned counsel for the rival parties. Perused the Order dated 28th January, 2015, by which the interim order was made by this Court granting anticipatory bail. The Offences under Sections 324, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code and under Section 3 (1) (x) of the Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 have been registered in Crime No. 288/14. I have perused the FIR. Looking to the FIR, it is clear that too vague allegation about the offence under Section 3 (1) (x) of the said Act is made. Hence I make the following order:- Criminal Application No. 30 of 2015 is allowed. Order dated 28th January, 2015 is confirmed.
