The challenge in this writ petition is to the order of dismissal passed in the year 2014. Having gone through the pleadings of the petition, we find that there is absolutely no justification for approaching the Court after a period of eleven years. We could have given thoughtful consideration to the entertainment of the petition had there been any genuine reasons supported by reliable documents. 3.

Since the petition is hit by delay and laches, we are not inclined to exercise jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed.
