Heard Shri Anand Parchure, learned Counsel for the petitioners, Shri N. Rode, learned A.G.P. for respondent nos. 1, 2 and 5. None appears for other respondents.

Shri Parchure, learned Counsel states that apparently the evaluation of petitioners performance by the Performance Appraisal Committee is incorrect, as petitioners have "A" (Excellent) in three years and

Order 0701caw364.14 B+ (Positively Good) in the remaining two years. Thus, in last 5 years, performance of petitioners being above "Good", the said report cannot be given weightage and as petitioners have been found medically fit, they must be allowed to continue upto 62 years.

Petitioners have already crossed age of 62 years.

In this situation, we grant prayer made in Civil Application and place the matters for final hearing in the week commencing from 11.04.2015. It is open to respondent no.6 University to file additional affidavit, if any, in the meanwhile. Civil Application stand disposed of.
