Learned counsel for the non-applicant Nos.1, 2 and 4 has no objection for deleting the names. As the non-applicant Nos.6 & 7 are formal parties and were not served in civil suit also, the non-applicant No.7 is expired and non-applicant No.3 is the original plaintiff.
