The petitioner has applied for correcting the the dates mentioned in Operative Para "[d]" of the Judgment dated 4th December, 2014 delivered by this Court in Writ Petition No. 2254 of 2013.

Heard.

Counsel for the other side submits that there is a mistake in putting the dates for payment of gratuity in operative para [c] (wrongly typed as "[d]" instead of "[c]") [now after correction, it is "[c]"] of the Judgment and Order dated 4th December, 2014 in Writ Petition No.

2254 of 2013.

Learned counsel states that the dates should have been "01st November, 1976 to 12th November, 1997", instead of 13th November, 1997 to 30th June, 2011" as mentioned earlier in the judgment.

In view of above, "13th November, 1997 to 30th June, 2011" be replaced by "01st November, 1976 to 12th November, 1997" in the Operative Part "[d]" [now [c]] . Let the correction be carried out accordingly. Civil Application is disposed of.
