The prayer in the application is to direct the appellant to deposit the amount of compensation as awarded by the Reference Court. By order dated 18/11/2014, liberty was granted to the applicant to proceed with the execution of the award.

In view thereof, the prayer made in the application is misconceived. Civil application is rejected. Shri S.G. Jagtap, learned Counsel for the appellant states that the amount of compensation shall be deposited in this Court within a period of one week from today. Statement accepted.
