By way of the present application, the appellants seek the condonation of delay of 16 days in filing the Civil Application No.455/2024 for bringing the legal representatives of deceased appellant No.13 on record. The delay of 16 days is condoned.

The abatement of appeal so far as the appellant No.13 is concerned, it is set aside.

The present appellants have filed application for bringing the legal representatives of appellant No.13 on record. The applicant is the son of deceased appellant No.13 Shreeram s/o Gangaram Mate, who died on 05.10.2023. The names of his legal representatives are

4 fa 1170-2024.odt mentioned in paragraph No.1 of the application. In view of above, the present Civil Application is allowed. 4.

The appellants are permitted to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased appellant No.13 as mentioned in paragraph No.1 of the present application. 5.

The Civil application is disposed of accordingly. CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO.1177/2024 1.

The present application has been filed by the appellants for bringing the legal representatives of respondent No.19 on record. It is contended that respondent No.19 Sou. Pratibha w/o Ramesh Sonare died on 03.01.2024 and is survived by the legal representatives as mentioned in paragraph No.1.
