DATED : September 17, 2019 The challenge raised in the present writ petition is to the judgment of the Industrial Court dated 19.06.2012. By that judgment the complaint filed by the respondent no.1 seeking the relief of regularization of services was partly allowed. The petitioners were directed to take the respondent no.1 on C.R.T.E. as a labour from 01.09.2000 and pay him wages from that date.

During the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioners have issued an order on 31.05.2016 by virtue of which the services of the respondent no.1 have been taken in the regular establishment. There is also an order passed in respect of difference of wages that are to be received by the respondent no.1.

Hence in view of the order dated 31.05.2016 nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. The same is disposed of in terms of the order dated 31.05.2016. dRule stands disposed of in aforesaid terms. No costs.
