ATE : MARCH 03, 2025 1) The petitioners moved this application to permit them to bring the subsequent events of crystallisation of petitioners' rights under Section 127 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, on record, for which learned Assistant Government Pleader and learned counsel for the respondents objected to the same.

2) Having considered the reasons stated in the application and the fact that the petition has yet to be admitted, we deem it appropriate to allow the application. Hence, the application is allowed as prayed. The amendment will be carried out within one week, and a copy of the amended petition be supplied to the other side within one week thereafter.

3) The respondents are at liberty to file a reply to the amended petition, if any.

4) List the matter after four weeks.
