Pursuant to the order dated 19.06.2025 as well as communication dated 27.06.2025, learned Arbitrator Mr. Justice Rohit B. Deo (former Judge of Bombay High Court) has given consent and submitted disclosure in writing form in terms of sub-section (1) of Section 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Moreover, with the consent of both parties, a name was suggested; hence, I deem it appropriate to appoint the Arbitrator. In view of this, Mr. Justice Rohit B. Deo (former Judge) has been appointed as an Arbitrator to redress the disputes between the parties.

The applicant undertakes to deposit the process fees, quantified at Rs. 2,000, with the Registry within one week from this order.

Upon deposit of the process fee, the order shall be communicated to the Arbitrator. Hamdast is allowed. As such, the application is disposed of.
