DATE : 20.02.2015 It is undisputed that the respondent no.1- claimant has not attained majority.

In view of the directions given by the Tribunal, the respondent no.1 cannot be permitted to withdraw the amount at this stage.

The civil application is dismissed with liberty to the respondent no.1 to make appropriate application on attaining majority, if so advised.

CIVIL APPLICATION F. NO.357/2014 Accepting the statement made on behalf of the appellant that the amount as per the impugned award is deposited, the interim stay granted by this Court on 13.2.2014 shall continue until further orders.
