Dated : 3 rd February, 2015 The petitioner challenges the order dated 6-1-2015 passed by the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Buldana, below Exhibit 81 in Change Report No.546 of 1997, whereby the Assistant Charity Commissioner has rejected the application for stay of the proceedings till the decision on the transfer application. The Assistant Charity Commissioner has held that the matter is time-bound as per the directions given by this Court and, therefore, it needs to be disposed of.

Since the matter is time-bound, I do not find any reason to interfere in the order impugned in this petition. The petition is dismissed.
