By preferring this application, the appellants are seeking stay to the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 03.5.2018.

By order dated 23.12.2022, this Court has directed the appellants to deposit the entire amount. The learned Advocate Ms. Babhulkar holding for Mr. Kadu, learned Advocate submitted that now cheque is ready with her.

On depositing the entire amount of compensation within two weeks, the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award passed by Civil Judge Senior Division, Achalpur in Land Acquisition Case No.29 of 2010 is stayed, till final disposal of the appeal.

On failure to deposit the amount within two weeks, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.
