Prayer is to condone delay in filing second appeal. Reasons for delay are stated in para 2 of the application. The respondents though served have not entered appearance to oppose prayer. The respondent no.3 was reported to be dead before the trial Court itself.

In view of aforesaid facts, the delay in filing the second appeal stands condoned.
