The application is filed for withdrawal of amount of compensation by the existing legal representatives of Original Claimant Shantabai Rambhau Thakre.

It appears that respondent nos.1(a) Rambhau and respondent no.1(b) Dattatray are no more, and at present only respondent no. 1(c) and 1(b)(i) to 1(b)(iv) are there as the legal representatives of deceased Shantabai and also other deceased respondents. 4.

The appeal is already disposed of. As such, the respondent nos. 1(c) and 1(b)(i) to 1(b)(iv) are permitted to withdraw the entire deposited amount of compensation along with the accrued interest thereon till date.
