Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.
Heard the learned Advocate for the appellants and the learned Advocate for respondent Nos.1, 2, 3 & 5 and perused the orders dated 18/11/2019 and 22/01/2020.
Respondent No.4 expired on 12/06/2018. In fact, he was appellant No.4 before the first appellate Court. The first appellate Court decided the appeal on 14/08/2018. It means, he expired during pendency of the first appeal.
The present appellants got the knowledge when the fact of his death was informed to the Court by his learned Advocate. The respondents' Advocate is consenting. In view of that, the following order is passed.

The name of respondent No.4 - Somlal Janglu Pandhare is deleted and the name of his sole legal representative viz. Rajin Somlal Pandhare be added.
ii.
Necessary amendments be carried out.
iii.
Issue notice to newly added respondent, returnable in the second week of August, 2021.
iv.
The application is disposed of.
