Shri Deshpande, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of this Court dated 11/09/2020 in Writ Petition No. 2211/2020, directing the respondent to decide the caste claim of the petitioner has been complied with and the respondent has decided the claim of the petitioner against him and the petitioner has challenged the same separately.

In this view of the matter, we are satisfied that the directions issued by this Court has been duly complied with. Hence, the contempt petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
