This is an application for restoration of the appeal which was dismissed at the registration stage by the order of the Registrar (Judicial).

As per the contention of the applicant, appeal was not registered as the office objections were not removed by the applicant.

It is submitted that the application have a merits in their case but due to the technical ground the appeal is not registered, therefore, the opportunity be granted to the applicants to cause their litigation on merits.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the appeal is restored at its original stage. 6.

The appellant to remove the office objections within two weeks.
