Petitioner through his counsel states that there are no earlier instances of grant of any validity or any invalidity to any blood relative in the family. 3.
In view of the order dated 25.01.2017, we are accepting the oral statement at the risk of petitioner.

The Scrutiny Committee has already issued a notice on 09.03.2017 and initiated process.

In this situation, with direction to respondent Committee to complete the verification in accordance with the Maharashtra Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, De-notified Tribes (Vimukta Jatis), Nomadic Tribes, Other Backward Classes and Special Backward Category (Regulation of Issuance and Verification of) Caste Certificates Act, (Act No.23 of 2001), at the earliest and in any case within a period of one year from today, we dispose of the present Writ Petition. No costs.
