The present application is filed for condonation of delay. The First Appeal came to be dismissed vide order dated 26/03/2019 passed by the Registrar (Judicial). By this order, the Registrar refused to register the first appeal for non removal of office objections. It is submitted that this order was not noticed for long period. By 09/05/2019, the application ought to have been filed by applicant. But there is delay and it was not noticed by the learned Counsel for applicant that appeal is dismissed. 3.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, I am inclined to grant application subject to costs of Rs.1000/- to be deposited with the High Court Bar Library within a period of two weeks.
