It is seen from the record that this appeal is dismissed for non-compliance of order as per the court's order dated 15.6.2021. In view of dismissal of appeal, this application is moved by present respondent no.2 to withdraw the balance amount lying in the office of Registry.

For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed. Respondent no.2 is permitted to withdraw the balance amount along with interest accrued thereon as per the prayer made in the present application.
