The present writ petition challenges judgment and order dated 18.12.2018 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Wardha in Criminal Revision No.73/2017 by which the Revision filed by the State of Maharashtra is allowed by the Revisional Court by upsetting order passed by learned Magistrate.

After hearing learned counsel Shri S.K.Bhoyar for the petitioner and when the Court expressed its opinion that the Court is dismissing the writ petition, learned counsel Shri Bhoyar submitted that he has instructions to withdraw the present writ petition.

Hence, the criminal writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
