Learned counsel for the petitioners states that since the alternate remedy by way of revision is available, to avail the same a permission is sought to withdraw the present petition. Permission is granted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file the revision application. 2.

The writ petition stands disposed of, as withdrawn. 3.

While considering the point of limitation, the learned revisional Court shall take into consideration the time period exhausted in pursuing to the present writ petition. 4.

The interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 23.01.2023 shall continue for two weeks and thereafter, the same shall stand vacated automatically.
