The respondents who are original plaintiffs have filed the present application seeking an injunction against the appellant restraining him from creating third party interest over the suit property. The suit for partition is decreed in favour of the respondents. In that view of the matter, it will be expedient to preserve the suit property till final disposal of the appeal, therefore, both parties are restrained from creating third party interest over the suit property till the final disposal of the appeal. 3.

Civil application stands disposed of.
