Since this is a matter pertaining to the Trust and the issue whether the applicant is a Member of the Trust is pending before this Court in the second appeals, in the interest of justice, we allow the application filed by the applicant and permit him to substitute his name in place of the deceased petitioner on record. The amendment should be carried out forthwith. The civil application is allowed and disposed of. JUDGE JUDGE Wadkar
