DATE : 28/10/2021 This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing the review application. The matter is already claimed to have been settled between the parties, which needs to be recorded by this Court which position is not disputed by Mr. Jibhkate, learned counsel for the respondent No.1, considering which, the civil application is allowed and the delay is condoned.

Office to register the application for review. The application is for review of the order dated 30.01.2020, by which the petition came to be dismissed for want of prosecution, as the then counsel appearing for the petitioner Management, had issued a notice on 27.11.2019 to the petitioner indicating withdrawal of his appearance, in spite of service of which no appearance

(2) 7.CAO.85.2021 had been entered. Considering that the matter has already been settled between the parties, order dated 30.01.2020 is hereby by reviewed. The petition is restored to file.

Writ Petition No.1283 of 2018.

Mr. Meghe, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the pension papers of respondent No.1 have been submitted to the Office of the Social welfare, Zill Parishad, Nagpur on 27.10.2021, who will now have to send the same to the appropriate Authority for processing the same.

Learned AGP for respondent Nos.2 and 3 to ensure that the processing is expedited and in any case, completed by 22.11.2021.

List the matter on 23.11.2021.
