The only prayer made by the petitioner in this writ petition is for a direction to the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nagpur to decide Regular Civil Suit No.3079 of 2012 (Old Special Civil Suit No.1200 of 2006) within a period of six months. Since the prayer made by the petitioner is innocuous, it would not be necessary to issue notice to the respondents before directing the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nagpur to decide the suit expeditiously.

Hence, considering the fact that the suit is filed in the year 2006 and requires an early decision, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nagpur to decide the suit as expeditiously as possible. Order accordingly. No costs.
