By this application for speaking to minutes, the correction is sought in the judgment and order dated 22.08.2024.

It is common ground that annual income of the deceased ought have been mentioned as Rs.10,000/- per month in the judgment and order dated 22.08.2024 but, inadvertently it has been mentioned as Rs.6,700/- per month. Consequentially, personal expenses and future prospects are required to be corrected.

I find substance in the submission, accordingly calculation table in paragraph 15 of the judgment and order dated 22.08.2024 be corrected as per table mentioned in paragraph 2 of the application.

Corrected order be uploaded. The application stands disposed of.
