Heard.

2.

In the present matter, admittedly, the cut-off date for obtaining eligibility qualification of D.Ed. was 18/02/2019 and the petitioner obtained the decree on 27/06/2019 i.e. much after the cut-off date.

Undisputedy, the cut-off date fixed vide Government Resolution dated 09/02/2016 was not extended and as such the petitioner was terminated on the above referred ground.

As no illegality has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner or he has not pointed out that the delay is condonable on showing sufficient cause, the petition needs to be dismissed. Accordingly, I pass the following order:

The Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
