By this application, the applicant/appellant is seeking an early hearing of the appeal.

As per the contention of the applicant she has lost her husband in an untoward incident while travelling in the train.

Due to the death of her husband, she has no source of income as she is suffering in her day-to-day life. Therefore, the appeal be heard as early as possible. 5.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, early hearing is granted.
