This application is filed by respondent Nos.1 to 3 for modification of order dated 2.9.2016 to give directions to applicant to deposit amount of maintenance directly in the bank account of respondent Nos.1 and 2 with Union Bank of India, Branch at Shegaon Naka, Amravati, the details of which are given in prayer clause of the application or to direct applicant to deposit such amount before the Family Court at Learned counsel for the applicant-husband has no objection if any such directions are issued. From order dated 2.9.2016, this Court while grant of partial stay, had directed applicant to deposit .....2/-

Rs.2,000/- per month from September 2016 and had further directed to deposit arrears of maintenance granted to respondent No.1 before this Court in four equal installments. The order was to be complied within four months from 2.9.2016.

Learned counsel for the applicant has no objection if such order is modified thereby directing applicant to deposit as prayed for.

Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that applicant be directed to deposit such amount in the Family Court at Amravati. She has further prayed that amount of Rs.4,000/-, deposited by applicant before this Court till today, be also directed to be transferred to the Family Court at Learned counsel for the applicant has no objection for the same.

In the circumstances, the application is partly allowed as per order below:

The applicant is directed to pay Rs.2,000/- per month to respondents in compliance to order dated 2.9.2016 from the month of September 2016 and shall also deposit the arrears of maintenance as directed earlier within four months. The amount shall be deposited before the Family Court at Amravati. Registry of this Court shall transfer amount of Rs.4,000/- deposited by applicant before this Court .....3/-

where the execution proceedings initiated by respondents is pending.

The respondents may file application for withdrawal of amount before the Family Court at The criminal application is accordingly disposed of.

List the revision application on 9.3.2017.
