Petitioners seek appropriate decision by respondents on representation dated 18.07.2016. Respondents, State within the meaning of Article 12, have no objection if they are left free to take suitable decision as per law.

In this situation, we direct respondent no.2

Order 0310wp1737.17 to take suitable decision on the grievance contained therein within a period of 8 weeks. If necessary, opportunity of hearing shall be extended to the petitioners.

Accordingly, keeping all rival contentions open, we dispose of the present Writ Petition. No costs.
