Heard Shri Y.B. Mandpe, the learned counsel for the applicants and Shri S.M. Ghodeswar, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Anti Corruption Bureau. These are applications for condonation of delay in filing application for grant of leave to continue the appeal and application to grant leave to continue the appeal through legal heir of original appellant Manohar s/o Shioram Lingayat (since deceased). After hearing the learned counsel, for the reasons stated in these two applications both these applications are allowed. Applicant Smt. Pushpa wd/o Manohar Lingayat and applicant No.2 Santosh s/o Manohar Lingayat are permitted to prosecute the appeal. They are permitted to substitute their name in place of original appellant Manohar s/o Shioram Lingayat (since

appp110.18.O.odt deceased). Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

The applications are disposed of.
