Patil, learned counsel waives notice for non-applicant no.3. Perused the Civil Application and especially paragraph no.8 thereof. Accordingly, the words "Rs.200/- per square meter" mentioned in paragraph no.14 of the judgment are corrected to read as "Rs.203/- per square meter". Similarly the last line of paragraph no.10 of the judgment is corrected to read as under:

"Thus, the market value of the acquired lands would come to Rs.203/- per square meter (Rs.152 + 45.60+5.06)". The correction be carried out in the original judgment and corrected copy be uploaded on the website. Civil Application is disposed of.
