15th February, 2017 The applicants - respondent nos. 1 to 3 seek modification of the order dated 9th December, 2016 to the extent they have been directed to furnish solvent surety for withdrawing the amount of Rs.10,00,000-00. Considering the fact that by the same order, an amount of Rs.20,00,000-00 has already been permitted to be withdrawn by furnishing an undertaking, the modification as sought cannot be granted. The application is, therefore, rejected.
