Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention of the Court to the order passed below Exh.-05 in R.C.S.No.20/2022 whereby the original defendants/respondents herein are permitted to continue with agitation beyond 500 meters from the main gate of the plaintiff company and shall be continued in a peaceful and non violent manner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition was filed since ex parte ad-interim relief was refused by the trial Court.

According to him, in view of the order passed below Exh.05 nothing survives in the petition. 4.

In the above facts, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
