An undertaking is filed on behalf of respondents that respondent Municipal Council shall pay to petitioners in Writ Petition No.4453/2015 an amount of rupees nine thousand per month as honorarium and continue to pay the same as per terms and conditions prevailing at the time of passing of order dated 14/6/2016 by this Court.

Undertaking is taken on record. Needless to state that petitioners would be entitled to the same honorarium for the period during which they have worked as per order passed by this Court. The contempt petition is disposed of.
