Prayer is to dispose of the Writ Petition in view of decision of the Full Bench in Arun Sonvane Vs. State of Maharashtra reported in 2015(1) Maharashtra law Journal 547. Admittedly the caste certificate of respondent no.1 of belonging to Halba Scheduled Tribe has not undergone verification. Hence, at this stage merely on the basis of judgment of the Full Bench the writ petition cannot be disposed.

However, in view of liberty granted by order dated 08.01.2014 the Writ Petition is directed to be listed for hearing in the week commencing 06.04.2015. Civil Application stands disposed of. JUDGE svk
