This application is filed by applicant/ appellant for grant of leave to file appeal. It is submitted by Smt. Patil, learned Counsel for applicant, that applicant was not party to the reference proceedings, but wants to challenge the judgment dated 18/4/2015 passed by 3rd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nagpur in L.A.C. No. 264/2004 as the land acquisition proceedings were initiated at the request of Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Division, Nagpur and after award was passed, the project was transferred to applicant Vidarbha Irrigation Development Corporation.
For the grounds mentioned in the application, leave to file appeal is granted. The civil application is disposed of as allowed.
