2) Vide third prayer in the petition, which is in the alternative, direction against Collector to decide the application preferred by petitioner under Section 24(2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 is sought.

3) Since the said application has been decided by the Collector on 1/10/2018, prayer made in the pursis is to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition praying for prayer clauses (1) and (2) of the petition and to challenge order dated 1/10/2018.
