In Writ Petition No.256/2017 we have already issued notice and made it returnable on 20.2.2017. As election programme is published, the petitioner desirous of contesting the election, has taken out this Application seeking leave to contest the same.

The petitioner has not pointed out that any member in her family has been given validity. Her caste claim is already invalidated by the Scrutiny Committee and that invalidation is questioned in Writ petition.
