In view of the aforesaid submission that petitioner is employed on compassionate ground and that he is not making claim on the basis of his caste as Chhapparband, this petition be disposed of holding that the petitioner was employed on compassionate ground and there is no necessity to submit caste verification certificate by him." 2) By recording the aforesaid statement, since the petitioner has given up the claim on the basis of his caste 'Chhapparband', the writ petition stands disposed off.
